Have you experienced trials in your life?
Of course, we all have.
But this book isn’t about trials, this book is about trauma.
Fortunately, we don’t all have to experience trauma. But for those of us that do, the effects are devastating.
Webster’s New World Dictionary defines trauma as:
1. a bodily injury or shock
2. an emotional shock, often having a lasting effect on the mind
Trauma can make you doubt everything you believe in. It strips our innocence, strips all feelings of security, and steals our ability to feel joy.
Trauma in our childhood is more than a tragedy
and yet it happens…
