That’s where coaching comes in.
For Women Who Have Survived Trauma from Childhood
You’re a survivor. You’re finally comfortable in your life. But, when you stop and think about it, you realize, you’re not thrilled doing what you’re doing, but you have no idea how to do anything else. Fear, doubt and uncertainty rule your life when you think of changing, so you stay doing what you’re doing, because you know it and understand it.

For Parents
I’m sure you’ve heard the African Proverb: “It takes a village to raise a child.”
Once upon a time, we grew up in communities where everyone worked within the town limits and everyone knew everyone. People were encouraged to learn from their elders and advice was given freely. Also, without the constant influx of information that we know have, we had time for introspection and thought provoking questions and queries about our kids and how to raise them properly.
Now, there’s so much information available, sometimes we don’t know where to turn. Or there’s constant direction from an overprotective parent who you would rather not listen to because they didn’t do it right either. So where do you turn when the “Terrible Two’s” come along or the sibling rivalry starts? What about tantrums and fits of rage? How do you raise your child to be the best that they can be and keep your sanity along the way?
