About the show:
Cheryl Kerr is thriving both professionally and personally, having immersed herself in making a difference in the lives of the disabled on a myriad of fronts. When she isn’t sharing her story with live audiences in an effort to inspire awareness and motivate change, Cheryl can be found busily at work on her third novel.
Join me now as Cheryl Kerr shares her 3 steps to moving forward through and overcoming trauma.
Here are the 3 steps that Cheryl Kerr gave to us:
- Remember you are more than any one event that happens to you. That event does not define your identity.
- Encourage involvement for people who have experienced traumatic events or injuries – isolation is not good.
- Read, listen and network – things are changing all the time.
