Roberta Osborne educates using the concepts of primary and secondary foods. The primary foods in our lives are: relationships, career, spirituality and exercise. The secondary foods are the foods we actually put in our mouths. By changing the nutritional components in your life, everything else changes as well. As we nourish ourselves in the area of the primary food group, then what we put in our mouths really does become secondary. It becomes fuel to support our life. Food is the easiest change anyone can make to see an immediate improvement in their life experience. By changing this one aspect of your existence, you can affect everything else as well.
