Peggy Collins – Help Is NOT a Four Letter Word

It’s great to be self-sufficient, isn’t it? Not if it’s costing you your sanity.

Peggy talked about how you can recognize the signs of Self-Sufficiency Syndrome and the 3 steps that you can take right now to ease the demands that you put on yourself and begin enjoying your life again!

Here are the 3 steps that Peggy gave to us:

  1. Make a list of all the reasons why you don’t ask for help. Then evaluate each one to see if any are really valid.
  2. Admit to just one person that you’re going to shift from looking at asking for help as a weakness to a strength.
  3. At the end of each day look back and choose things that you could have asked for help on.
